Hagi Vagi is a character from the popular video game Poppy Playtime. The Hagi Vagi toy is 40 cm tall.
Hagi Vagi has glitter, Velcro on its paws, as well as a suction cup or rope on its head. Shipping Policy
NaeSarang India is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame, while ensuring maximum with the highest quality packaging. Online Paid order are shipped within 2-3 business day and are mostly delivered within 5-6 working days (major cities) from the date of dispatch depending on the locations. All COD orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched within next 2-3 business days.
We ship throughout the week, except weekend & Public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, and Delhivery only.
How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
- There is minimum of Rs. 60 shipping charge for all online paid orders within India and additional charges depending on the order weight and dimensions.
- We offer FREE shipping to all orders above Rs.1000
- There is extra Rs. 100 + GST added to your total applicable to COD orders.
- Our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service tax). As per the Government of India, Naesarang India is fully GST compliant.
- Note that GST is only applicable for orders within India.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which is within 5 - 6 working days (major cities).
Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same working day. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days from the dispatch date, however, note that no COD order is dispatched until it is confirmed on call.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for area falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centres.
Estimated Time frame for order from dispatch date:
- Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 5-6 working days
- Rest of India: 8-9 working days.
COD Orders usually take 8-9 working days since a couple of extra days are required at the shipping company's end for processing.
What if I receive the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please reach out to our team at query@naesarangshop.com mentioning your Order ID (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
We will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

We offer 3 Days refund on all products.
- Refund should be requested within 3 Days of delivering the product. Email us at hello@naesarangshop.com
- The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
- The product should not be used.
- The protective film should not be removed.
- Order ID & Invoice should be available.
- Refund will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
- Refund amount will be transferred within 7-10 business days after clearing the quality check process.
- In case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded after deducting COD charges.
- Non-qualifying returns include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold as a "BOGO" offer.
Note:
The customer will not be eligible for refund in the following conditions:
- Self Placed Wrong Order (eg. Ordered wrong model or product).
- Not same as Advertised.
